This is my first blog experience, well my second because I watched the movie Julie and Julia and apart from the sensational main theme of Julia's life and cooking, the subtheme described the power of blogging !
I live in the country, here is a picture outside our kitchen window for proof. It is taken at dawn, the best time if the day. We are just recovering from 13 years of drought, which has significantly changed my life from being relatively comfortable to struggling. This is one of the reasons I work as hard as I do. It is not the only reason. I love to work, and earn an income to enrich our farm and family life.
I have lived here for 20 years with a successful health career in planning, management and as an allied health practitioner ( dietitian and diabetes educator...many years ago.)
At 40 years we decided to have a family, 16 IVF cycles and 10 years later we have two beautiful boys. Josh 4 months and Charlie 3 years.
Never give up is my personal mantra.
However despite having 5 degrees, with 2 at Masters level and over 30 years experience in health it is really difficult to get a senior job and worthwhile income without managing a bunch or staff and being at work for 5 days a week.
My boys are too precious for me to be away. So we have engaged an aupair from Germany so I can get on with " working at home" and be at home as well.To help my work I am doing a writing course and part of the second assignment is to write a blog and here it is !
I might just continue with blogging to share my experiences about working from home.

My aim is to have a 6 figure income this year from Project Work, renting out a beach house and establishing an Internet business with the goal for one ebook for sale on the net by the end of the year.
